Semi-Off Topic: Textual Criticism Discussion

In February, 2007, Dr. James White (published in Logos in the James R. White Collection) presented a series of Dividing Line programs that amounted to informal lectures on textual criticism. These discussions could be of considerable value to a Logos user, such as I, who does not have a scholarly background or is not quite as well-read as others. (And probably others, also.) Dr. White's experience in original languages, knowledge of manuscripts and text families, and his knowledge of Church History, provide a well-rounded look at the issue. The introductory program starts out with some history (Erasmus, Ximenes) and you might get hooked on it from there.
I have attached a document that contains links to the audio on Sermon Audio and to the aomin.org blog posts that have graphics and PDFs he refers to in the programs.

I should also note that one of White's books, The King James Only Controversy provides a readable introduction to textual issues for those of us lacking formal training.

Thanks Robert, I absolutely love Dr. White, and follow him pretty closely. He's one of the few people that I can actually say I keep up with. His apologetic work has helped me tremendously over the years. I feel confident to answer anyone who shows up at my door on a Saturday morning now :-)

I have updated the document to include the pics and blog posts right in the resource. I couldn't include the USB/NA27 as text for copyright reasons but Dr. White's posts contain the links to his images of those sections. I've also included the metadata (see screenshot) for those who may want to build it similarly.
Enjoy!
Just use your file first, then mine as shown in the "Add Files" section of the screenshot.

Thanks for the additions. Actually, I didn't really think about making a PB; I just used the .docx as medium for the links, as being easier than posting them directly in the forum. But, it makes sense. If someone really gets into it, they could add a text box to the PB for notes.
