Are you signed up for the right emails? Did you set your birthday on your account? Did you check your spam filter? I believe the email is sent out at the beginning of the month for everyone

Perhaps something occurred in the changeover when our profiles were moved the the Faithlife site. I did not get a birthday gift this year and noticed today that I did not have an email associated with my profile anymore (my birthday is there). This is conjecture, but perhaps FL uses that email for contact for the gift which would explain why I didn't get one. I do get lots of other emails from FL, so perhaps the missing email on my profile page means nothing.

I have my email in my faithlife profile as well as my birthday (without year) and i subscribe to the personalized offers emails and I've checked my spam filter. No birthday gift.

I fiddled with my profile in recent weeks. I cannot say for sure what the status was around the date of my birthday--wrong apparently. The error was likely mine and not FL's, just disappointing. I can only justify so much time figuring it out. I checked and my full birth date is there. Guess I'll wait a year. If it works good. If not, then I'll just be happy for those who do get it

Belated Happy Birthday. I didn't get one in September and emailed Logos to see if I was overlooked. Perhaps it was a glitch or something but with all things...perhaps I should NOT expect it. I sure hope I get one though. Thanks in advance - Logos/Faithlife.

I looked into my birthday gift and was told I needed to wait til next year.
Oh well. God bless those fortunate enough to get theirs in here...alerting Logos later you were overlooked in September gets a standard "sorry, wait til next year" response.
Can't cry over something I can't change or do anything about...nice of them to do this for some though.
