Uploading Video

I upload a video every week into Proclaim and it has been working fine, but after the latest update it keeps giving me an error. I have tried it several times and tried different files including ones I uploading previously.

Sorry to hear this Wallace. If you could reproduce the upload failure and submit the log file that will help me diagnose what is happening.

Thanks for the log Wallace. I see a timeout but that doesn't necessarily mean something went wrong on the server side, could just be a timeout. How is your connection to the internet? What happens if you retry?

It seems to download okay but hangs when transcoding. I have tried both .mov and .mp4 files on my Mac. I have tried uploading the files many times. Our internet connection is good. Here is the latest speediest result.
Download Speed: 52653 kbps (6581.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 10005 kbps (1250.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 16 ms
Jitter: 9 ms

We are having the same issue. Gets hung up during transcoding then we receive an upload error. Tried on both a Mac and PC. Same issue with both.0

Were you able to check it out further today? I need to upload it for Wednesday night.

Hey Wallace, I know we have a guy looking into this, but I just wanted to chime in real quick. If it still isn't working for you, you can add the video as 'Local to this computer only'. This might be a workaround for you, if we can't get a real solution by your service on Wednesday.
This would, however, require you to add the video on the computer you will be presenting with.

It is fixed in version 1.31.0.0806. It did not not even have to re-download the file. It just did transcoding for 30 seconds and it was finished. Problem solved.

I am having the same problem and my program will only update to 1.31.0.0804.
