Proclaim very sluggish after new update.

ok so I updated Proclaim tonight before our praise team practice, bad mistake. The program was very slow and had to wait to edit slides, wait to advance to slides and just ready to shoot it.
My question is this, Why add a audio recording benefit in a presentation software? I send audio out of that computer not audio into it. i would concentrate more on fixing and adding things that will benefit on screen presentation.
I guess there will be a .2 revision to fix the sluggish running of the new update?
I've been a user for a long time and this has really got me ready to move on

I'm having this exact same problem. Started a few days ago. PAINFULLY slow to edit anything. Even just typing words into songs or changing a background. Prior to this I updated every time it asked me to so I should be on the latest versions. My presentation is called October 25, 2015 (Pentecost) Any help would be appreciated!

Are you on Mac or Windows? Posting a log file from a session which reproduces the slowness will help us diagnose further. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

I have attached the log. I am on a windows machine and have tried working on two different machines on two different networks. It seems the slowness is driven by the slide images refreshing as you edit?

This is strange, now it is working fine. I've been using it for several hours at the sluggish pace and after I sent you the log, it started working fine. Magic or did you do something?

Strange, we didn't do anything on our end. Is it possible your computer was busy with another task in the background? If there is contention reading and writing to the disk that could slow things down. An anti-virus scan perhaps?

Never mind. The sluggishness is back. Nothing has changed on my end since last week when it worked fine. When I look at the resources there doesn't seem to be anything strange. Like I said it is happening on two totally independent computers.

We'll impersonate your account and take a look at your presentation. Have you tried creating a new blank presentation and see if it's still sluggish?
Sorry for the inconvenience here, I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it.

Darren-
I've impersonated your account and cannot find the October 25 Pentecost presentation. I took a look at the October 25 Reformation presentation and once the media downloaded I was able to move about and render slides without much delay.
Are you still having slow slide generation with this new presentation? If you are, please don't delete the presentation and let me know the name of the sluggish presentation so I can investigate further.
Thanks for your help
Glenn
