Trouble Updating

Hi All;
I have been trying to update one of our church's computers from ver # 1.30.0.0708 to 1.31.0.0804. The first computer started the process twice but then went to a pop-up that said "Proclaim is up-to-date." On the 3rd try, after a re-start, it finally worked and I was able to update it. The other computer hasn't been as smooth. I've tried more than a dozen times and cannot get it to install the update. Most recently I clicked on "About Proclaim" and then clicked the download link next to "Update Available." Same thing happened.
We're very excited over the new sermon audio recording. I was looking into preparing a video weekly of exactly that. On Monday I spent about an hour and 45 minutes piecing together a slide show that synced up to the audio recording of Pastor's sermon. I was thinking that 100 minutes wasn't too bad . . . and then Tuesday comes with the sermon audio announcement . . . I'm champing at the bit to try this.
What can I do to force the update??

Hello Steven, sorry to hear about the issues updating. If you could retry the normal update flow (not using the about menu) and post the ProclaimSetup.log file found here
%TEMP%\Logos Log Files\
This should help us diagnose the issue. In the meantime I recommend uninstalling Proclaim using Add/Remove Programs and then completely delete the contents of the following folder
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim\
Then try downloading the latest version from http://proclaimonline.com/download and performing a clean install.

Hey Scott. I finally just uninstalled and then re-installed the new file . . . . just did it about 5 minutes ago and it is working fine with the record feature. Looks like we're good to go, I just have the back-up, back-up computer to update now and I have to physically be there to do it, it isn't on the network.
Looking forward to try this, I had been considering updating the church website to include a video with the slides that Pastor uses for a few weeks now. Originally I had put an arbitrary time limit on it as my max that I would be willing to spend on it. Piecing it together after the sermon took about 15 minutes less, and I'm pretty good with the video editing software that I use, so I was looking at 1.5 to 1.75 hours to spend on it each week.
You guys are making my life easier!!!

Sorry Steve, almost there
Are you trying to connect to an existing church group? or a group you created in this workflow? What's the name of the group and we can impersonate you account and try it here.

I think that the issue is that I am not the Admin. . . . Is there a way to change that? Pastor is currently but now that our church plant is growing I have all the IT/Multi-Media under my purveyance.
The Church Group is MLCC Sermons, or MLCC Sermon Presentations. I made one within Mount Lassen Community Church (I am a member) and the other within Medical Material Ministries (I am Admin, I did this to see if it would make a difference)

I believe you are correct. I know we're changing this requirement, following up to see when that will be ready. I expect it will be very soon.
Were you able to test publishing using your test Proclaim group (MedMatMin) and test church group (MLCC Sermons)?

I got a hold of our pastor (as he was headed out to visit someone in the hospital . . . just caught him) and got his log in info . . . . now it is getting past that but has an issue in the upload as I tested it just now.

What's the error message? If you could post the log file after reproducing that will give us more information to diagnose. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

This is the log file that went into the log folder immediately after I got the error

Perfect!!! Thanks for all your help!
Getting any good riding in? My wife and I went on a ride yesterday (for the first time in what seems like forever). Hoping to get a few more trails in before the weather really changes. It's getting cool here in the mountains

Not much riding lately, we're having a new baby any day now so getting ready for that
It has been a great year for cycling though, that's for sure!
