Do you have any idea why the publisher is selling it for $1.99 elsewhere and Vyrso is $2.99.  I know that it's usually matched across platforms.

Did the publisher not give you the same deal as the rest? It is $1.99 on Kindle, Nook, CBD, iBooks, etc.
