Following Service from mobile app
Has anyone experienced issues with people unable to follow services with their mobile device whether it's the Faithlife Study Bible or the Logos app? We have some in our church with an iOS device and some with an Android device that can't seem to receive the signals. When you go into Presentation in the app(s) they are following the Proclaim group but the current service is not seen. They even have location services turned on. Does it matter if the celluar service at the church is poor even if the wireless signal at the church is strong? However, there are some who can still follow the presentation without any problems. If anyone can offer any advice that would be appreciated. We are planning on trying to educate the people this upcoming Sunday how they can follow the services with their mobile devices so I'm trying to have answers to the one main issue we've noticed. By the way, I was even able to follow the presentations on both my iPad and iPhone before but I noticed this Sunday when testing before the service that I could follow it on the iPad but not the iPhone. Also, the Proclaim app on the iPhone worked and I was able to control the slides with that. I'm stumped why it works some times and at other times it doesn't. Thank you and Lord bless!
