Wyatt, this is Mark Lambert, the slides that I made will not advance to next slide. I had a problem with this last Monday night in my discipleship class it was aggravating. What can you do to help this be resolved.

Hi Mark - and welcome to the forums

    Please provide some more details.

Are you trying to advance the slides manually or automatically?

If manually are you using the left/right arrows or clicking on the thumbnails of the slides?

Which portion of the Order of Service are these slides in?

Greetings Dr Mark and welcome to the forums.

As I understand it there are a few ways to advance your slides.

Given the you are in 'Preview' and 'On Air'

I almost exclusively use the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard.

But you can click on the blue arrows on the presentation screen.

Clicking the thumbnail of the slide in the ribbon also changes the slide (you can choose slides out of sequence with this method)

Again selecting 'grid view' allow you to move between slides in any order.

If you could give each of these methods a try and let us know which are not working we might be able to point you in the right direction.

As two of our MVP's have already chimed in, can you provide some more details, such as what OS you are on, which presentation (so I can load it up and look at it). What service item is not advancing? Also, how are you attempting to advance the slides (keyboard, mouse, remote)?

When onAir on the main application, you can use the blue arrows (as Mike showed in his photo) with your mouse to advance from slide to slide. Depending on the service item, the keyboard can advance the slide (keyboard does not work in Web based service items - thus the little hover toolbar we show at the bottom of the preview and onAir screen) - But I don't see any web service items in your two presentations dated for this weekend.

With additional information, I may be able to figure out what is happening for you.
