After Windows1O

After updating from windows 7 proclaim seemed to be struggling to open. Soon after it opened there were lots of problems. One big problem I face being there is no preview slide on display, just a black seen. Also on my 2nd monitor my display seems to be off as if the width is shortened compressing the image. So how do I get ny preview display to work? And how do I fix my ratio problem on my 2nd screen? Thank you

Can you post a screenshot of your app with no preview slide on display? What is the OS display resolution on the 2nd screen?

weird, if you resize the window with the preview, does it eventually show? Does it show for some service items?
I'm very curious to see your Proclaim.log from this scenario, when you are done, can you grab logs and post following these instructions: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-
1680x1050 is 16:10 aspect ratio and your presentation is in 4:3 - Proclaim will attempt to display the entire image with some letterboxing, but I suspect more is going on with the conversion from 4:3 to 16:10. If you can adjust the 2nd monitor to a 16:9 ratio, the entire image should be displayed (with the letter boxing).

We tried changing from the Grid set up to the Timeline set up but nothing has work. So far nothing has been displayed in the preview area. I plan on calling tech support but I'll check the link out. Thank you for your help I I'll update this forum if I eventually get help.

Quick question, does Proclaim play videos? It seems we ran into another problem our motion loops aren't playing and we couldn't play a video clip I don't know if you've had this problem.

Yes, Proclaim will play videos and allow videos as a motion background, but there are some issues on Windows that we are trying to solve. Check the sticky post at the top of our forum - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/91925.aspx

Hello there, noticing your other post here. I wonder if this issue is video card related... Are all your drivers up to date? Any other applications behaving strangely?

Hi, currently I do not know if our drivers are up to date. All of our other applications are running fine, we tested several videos on Windows Media Player and they are working fine. I also placed a music video onto Proclaim and it only played when I was in edit mode. I will definitely go back and check if our drivers are in fact up to date.

Directions for updating your video drivers can be found here (about halfway down).
