CCLI usage statisics

I am currently considering using Proclaim.

I like the way I can add a song directly from SongSelect. However under my CCLI licence I am required to report usage statistics. How can I produce a report showing the number of times each song has been presented in Proclaim over a given period?

Song reporting is not currently supported in Proclaim. It's on our list of future features to implement. How do you handle this currently?

Currently in OpenSong we create Song Set each Sunday.

Once a year I run a shell script which I have written to collect the info the the Song Set XML files.

Clever!

This is something we'd like to support in the future. I don't have a date for you though... You could always send me a message and I can get those numbers for your group, assuming you don't delete old presentations (still possible but more complicated).
