This past Sunday, we had a failure of a video to play any audio--video worked fine--from our AV computer during the service. In rehearsal we ran it twice with no problem.
The only thing that we could think of was during the time between the rehearsal and the service, another slide was added to the Sunday presentation (from another computer) and the AV computer was refreshed to incorporate that slide. Everything else in the service, i.e., all the slides, worked just perfectly.
This is the second time that this has happened. Would love some help in figuring this out.
