We have put together 8-10 songs in the pre-service loop. Does anybody know if there is a way to shuffle these songs?

Hey Derek, I don't think we currently support this. So it looks like you will have to manually shuffle your songs..
I'll make a bug case though, as this seems like a good feature!

To add my .02, I haven't found a way to do this either. We've resorted to regenerating the playlist in ITunes that we import periodically, randomizing it to change our music order.
I'd love to see a shuffle feature in these loops though -- would save us some extra steps every week or two.

These comments imply there is some way to use a playlist in the pre-service loop. Where can I find out how to do that?

If you click the speaker in the Pre-service loop you can add multiple tracks. Then you can set 'Continue/Repeat' to end of Section. That way it will play through the songs on repeat until it leaves the pre-service loop.
