i noticed that I don't have my note links in my bibles. i checked my settings and they are turned on. any ideas on how to fix this?
Have you checked the note documents on mobile? Are the notes there? Have you checked https://documents.logos.com ?
Try this - make sure your device has a solid network connection and restart the app. Does that fix the issue?
If you have a large number of notes it might take a while for them to sync after an app update.
No that didn't work either. I even made another note and that didn't show up in my bible.
Did you verify those?
Can you check view settings (Aa icon) in your bible, and make sure "notes" is turned ON, then press the "notes" button and make sure the right note document is turned on?
Lastly, can you verify that you are using the same credentials (username & password)?
The notes are on. The correct notes are there. Same credentials.
