Notes on iPhone 6
i noticed that I don't have my note links in my bibles. i checked my settings and they are turned on. any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you checked the note documents on mobile? Are the notes there? Have you checked https://documents.logos.com ?

Try this - make sure your device has a solid network connection and restart the app. Does that fix the issue?
If you have a large number of notes it might take a while for them to sync after an app update.

No that didn't work either. I even made another note and that didn't show up in my bible.

Did you verify those?
Can you check view settings (Aa icon) in your bible, and make sure "notes" is turned ON, then press the "notes" button and make sure the right note document is turned on?
Lastly, can you verify that you are using the same credentials (username & password)?

The notes are on. The correct notes are there. Same credentials.

If you open the relevant notes document do you see the note you have made?

Yes notes are on. However, I noticed that your page also had s button tagged solid color. Mine doesn't. It has all the notes I have developed over the years.

The default setting for highlight notes is to put notes into a document named for the pallet of the highlighter. "Solid Color" is one of those pallets. If you don't use highlighting, or if you changed the behavior (so aren't using a note document named "solid color,") you won't have one.

I sent this to you back on the 6th. I wonder if you have had a chance to look at the log. I have been out of town for a couple weeks and just now am getting back on this. The notes still are not syncing. In fact, I have a stack of a hundred or so note tags between my Prov.3:18 and 19 section of NET Bible. What is with that? My notes are still not syncing in any of my bibles.

Not to be a broken record, but have you signed into https://documents.logos.com to see if your notes are present? Alabama and I both asked you but I'm not sure whether you have check it or not.

it might be helpful for you to provide more details info, including screen shots. These notes are in your desktop but not mobile, right? Are you SURE the notes are attached to a reference? If they are attached to a selection, they will only show up in the translation in which you made the note. In any case, more info might Be informative. Help us to "see" the issue.

Some books, as I mentioned earlier, have them. Case in point, I made a note for psalm 126 today on my PC. it is on my phone, but not at my reference.

Press and hold the home button and power button at the same time and that will take a screenshot.

That suggests it may a notes display setting
But I don't know what you mean when you say it is on the phone but not at your reference.

When I say 'the note is on my phone' I mean that it is in my mobile logos documents However, it does not appear at the Bible reference it is attached to.

If you tap the Net Bible resource you will see a number of icons including the "View Settings" one (Aa)
Tap that and you get a range of options including one for Notes
Tapping the Notes entry shows all the Notes documents which have entries linked to the resource

I don't understand what you mean here.
How are you attaching to a "Bible book"? Are you creating the note by selection or by reference?

My understanding of your issue:
You have a note document entitled: "Psalms," right?
Please show us the visual filter menu in the resource in question (which translation is it, by the way?), with the "Psalms" note document turned ON.
