Use commonly used methods for copy and paste

I don't know why Logos chooses to cause us to learn new methods of copy and pasting that is added extra steps when generally in other bible programs, word processing programs, and even online websites allows you to right click and copy then paste. So it is not like there is not a lot of other things to learn in Logos (because there is), but then we have to learn to do things outside the norm of accepted practices that are generally universal. I cannot even think what I will have to learn in order to copy and paste from books other than scriptures. Than there is highlighting...good luck with that one.

Note the standard methods - keyboard or mouse - do work as noted above. However, the Copy function on the Context menu also adds bibliographic information and copies footnotes; the Visual Copy on the Context menu allows the text to be pasted into a visual template; the Copy Bible Verses tool allows you to control the formatting of the pasted quotation. You only need to learn the additional copy & paste functions if you have a need for the additional functionality they supply.

Than there is highlighting

I'm a bit lost as well.

Back in the day, there was a set of conventions that one had to follow if one wanted to get software on the market (Apple was a bigger stickler than the PC side, although MS was also pretty strict). I forget what these conventions were called, but they were real and most of them have become traditional across platforms, companies, and even operating systems.

I'm not aware of any of these traditional conventions that L6 violates. With regard to copy/paste, at least on my PCs, CTRL-C and CTRL-V work just like they do anywhere else. So do RT CLICK-Copy and RT CLICK-Paste.
