Hi!
The on screen Bible when on air is displaying in a small window on top left corner of the screen. One cannot read the text because it's so small. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you and Lord bless!
Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot (or image from your phone) of what you're seeing? I'm not immediately able to reproduce an issue.
Scott, please see the image below of what I'm seeing. Thank you!
I don't know why the image didn't display. I'll try again. Hmmmm...I have no idea why it's upside down. Maybe it's me.
As a debugging step please try switching your Slides output to the laptop screen. I'd like to see if we encounter the measuring issue there as well.
Scott, the same thing happens when I switch the slide output to my laptop screen.
I noticed that if if I advance to the previous screen or the next screen that the screen seems to flash quickly and put the on screen Bible at full screen. When I go back to the on screen Bible slide it goes back to that mini version of it.
I am having the same issue. its always the first slide of the bible verse videos. if i go back it is at full screen again.
Starting to wonder if this is a DPI issue... please share your display settings. On Windows 10 it will look something like this
on Windows 7-8 it looks like this

Scott, here is a picture of my settings on Windows 10. For the record, I wasn't having this issue until Tuesday.
I was able to reproduce the issue for higher than 100% DPI settings on Windows. Not sure exactly what the cause is yet but we're going to roll back the change that caused the regression and ship an update this morning. Thanks for helping us troubleshoot and my apologies for the disruption.
Thanks, Scott! No need to apologize in my opinion. I had a work around and was planning on just doing a regular Bible item rather than using the on-screen Bible until it got fixed. I just wanted to pass on what I found to try and help you guys out. I appreciate all Faithlife does on this product. Thank you and Lord bless!
