Proclaim is uninstalled on Windows 10

Each time I install Proclaim get it all setup and then shutdown and restart the computer, I lose Proclaim on the desktop.

Hi, John. When you say you lose Proclaim on the desktop, do you mean the shortcut to Proclaim is missing or that the program is not installed?
