Unable to find files to merge

I attempted to go through the steps to publish our sermon today from a remote computer. I got the error message listed in the subject above. I have not gotten that before. Can someone please help me with it? I am able to access the sermon from the recording computer.

Sounds like the original recording did not upload from the original computer. This is required in order to enable editing on other machines.

Immediately after going off air you will see a background upload task at the bottom of the main window. If it fails it will allow you to retry. Do you see it there?

Sorry, I don't recall. This was hours after we took Proclaim off air and shut it down. I did delete the first 45 second recording which occurred during our music practice, but that probably didn't have anything to do with it. The message along with what's in the subject above was something like, Did you reecord this on another computer?

If you open the presentation on the computer used to record the audio you should be able to publish from there, even if the background upload of the original audio failed and was dismissed. Please let us know if this doesn't work for you.
