Solid Colors Documents shows all notes mac Logos 6 does not
My friend, no really, he's my friend
, has an iOS device and a 12" Macbook. He is running the current OS versions on each device.
His Mac is not syncing the notes from the Solid Colors document. The notes are on the iOS device, they do not show up on the Mac. Some documents on his Mac show certain highlights he's made. Other documents do not.
Three hours of phone calls and a promised, but never returned, call back from tier two support has not resolved this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there a way to get reliable tech support from Logos itself?

I can't help you with official support other than to say, "call back."
If he would like help in the forums, he should create a new thread and provide as much relevant info as possible, including screen shots. Is he sure that he has the note files turned on within the resource? Do the notes show up on documents.logos.com?

Thank you. He is not very techie and usually calls me when things go awry. The documents do not show up on documents.logos.com. I will check to see if the notes are turned on within the resource. That is helpful
