My friend, no really, he's my friend
, has an iOS device and a 12" Macbook. He is running the current OS versions on each device.
His Mac is not syncing the notes from the Solid Colors document. The notes are on the iOS device, they do not show up on the Mac. Some documents on his Mac show certain highlights he's made. Other documents do not.
Three hours of phone calls and a promised, but never returned, call back from tier two support has not resolved this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there a way to get reliable tech support from Logos itself?
