Syncing Problems between Multiple Users

We made the decision to move to Proclaim approximately six months ago, primarily due to the fact that multiple users could participate remotely. This is exactly where we are having problems. Other computers are not syncing accurately with each other. For example, PowerPoint sermon slides uploaded through one computer show as blank slides on another, or advert/notice slides created and uploaded on one computer are incomplete on another (missing some of the graphics). All computers are synced to the same account and all information is cloud based, so it doesn't make sense for every computer syncing to the same presentation not to be identical. Any advice from veteran users would be greatly appreciated. By the way, could it have anything to do with using Windows 10? Is Proclaim bug free on Windows 10?

Hi, CPBC, and sorry to hear about the sync troubles you're experiencing. I do not believe that any of the issues you're experiencing are related to Windows 10. Make sure that everyone who is making changes to the presentations is ensuring that they sync all of the changes they make before Proclaim is closed using this guide. If not all items are synced upon the program closing, those changes will be lost. From what I can see, the PowerPoint slides showing up as blank white slides were uploaded as a local file instead of being synced with the group, so they will only appear on the computer on which they were uploaded. Re-importing the PowerPoint presentation and uploading it to the group should solve this problem.
