Today's free "AWAIT THE WONDER-24 DAYS OF ADVENT" which is Tabletalk Magazine Bundle: Christian History (11 issues) is not downloading into my Logos Bible Software on my Desktop Computer.
Well, it did for me:
Try the command update now - and if that doesn't work, update resources. But make sure that you don't have the magazines already in your library somewhere.

restarted, tried to buy it again since its was not grey.. still nothing..
I did the same thing. The download is not working or perhaps it is intermittent since some are getting it.[:D]
Same thing for me. I do not appear to get them and I do appear to be able to re-acquire them since they are not greyed out. Will try later since there is plenty of time.

Are you sure you actually ordered it? Did you get an email confirmation? Splash screen order confirmation? What do you mean that it is listed "twice" in your "orders?" Normally, you can't order a resource twice...

I have the same experience, since no download, placed the order a second time. In both instances, received email confirmations of "Thank you for your order from Logos Bible Software". Similarly, listed twice in my "Orders" list on my account.

I had the same problem too.
Called C/S and they unlocked the resources.

I bought the 500 mega pack for a little over $100 now the page wants me to re-buy it for over $1700. I'd say there is something wrong on logos.com

Repeat above.... still no magazines......

I didn't get the download either. I've tried everything suggested above but nothing has downloaded - I definately haven't got it. Seem there is a technical problem??
I should mention that my order didn't download at first after choosing "update now" but eventually it did. Strange.
I was experiencing the same issue. I ordered it, but then it didn't download and the product page did not have the order button grayed out indicating I owned the resource (despite the email confirmation and showing up in my order history). I tried restarting, but nothing happened.
Well, I just checked the product page again and now the button is grayed out. I restarted again and now the resources are there. So I think they key is to be patient and keep trying. [:)]
Incase this helps, I restarted my PC then restarted logos and then they all downloaded!
Other threads have mentioned this issue. They have had a lot of orders today and there is backlog. It will just take some time.

I have been purchasing Tabletalk single issues gradually as I cannot afford to buy the entire set all at once. I didn't have any of these issues yet so this was a wonderful gift. Thank you, Logos!
