Subscribed but Watermarks still on slides

I have been subscribed to Proclaim just over a month now. But every time I have logged it has continued to tell me to purchase a licence or use the free trial. So knowing I had already got a licence I logged in using the free trial which did not give me the watermarks on the slides. However since the month trial expired I now have the watermarks on the slides even though as I say I have a subscription to proclaim.

Look forward to you sorting this out as proclaim has been a great programme to use for our Church presentation.

Welcome to the forums Mark - I do hope that between us we can sort things out.

This does sound like you are not logging into Proclaim with the same credentials that you used when you subscribed.

You might like to check these two menu options and see if you get the expected response...

Hello Mark, welcome to Proclaim! It looks like Mike is on the right track. I can see you have two groups Chorley Evangelical and NPEC. The NPEC group has been deleted but the license was purchased for this group. You have a couple options

Continue using the Chorley Evangelical group and I will transfer your licenses.
"undelete" the NPEC group and start using that group. Keep in mind that the NPEC group does not have the presentation you're editing currently.
