I want to print/export the results of a basic search with a paragraph of context for each query result.
The basic search returned the results that I am looking for, but it only gives a line of context. Is there a setting to have the search return a paragraph with the result in it rather than a mere line?
I tried sending the query to an Inline Search. The Inline Search gave me an option to specify how much context is given, so I was able to get the results of my search with the context that I want. Perfect. The only problem is that I cannot seem to print/export what I am seeing on the screen. When I go to the print/export page, the preview that populates is not what I see on the page that I am trying to print/export. The print preview gives a whole chapter of my top search result rather than giving me all of the search results, each with its respective paragraph of context. As a work around, I tried selecting all of the search results so that I could tell the print/export page to use the selection. This worked for getting the correct content, but it put each paragraph on a separate page rather than listing them one after the other. I tried exporting to a Word document, thinking that I could just edit the formatting from there, but the result headings did not get exported. It is of limited use to have a collection of queried paragraphs without indicating their respective origins.
Any ideas? I am using Verbum 6.7 on a Mac and the resource that I am searching is not a Bible.
