Mysterious bug: Report typo occassionally missing on headwords

OK, who wants to try and work out why Report Typo doesn't work on this word (the resource is Tozer's A Guide to Fervent Prayer):

Take a look at the table of contents in most resources, and you'll find that report typo is missing for things like "Introduction" and "Preface", but not for chapter headings. Weird.

I don't have that book, but I tried it on another TOC.  I think you need to wait until the menu on the left has finished generating.  Report typo is always at the bottom, and it's not displayed until the lookup references have been listed.  Plus, the lookups will take a long time, since the word is misspelled and won't be found. You could select more words, and then it won't do the lookups, and so the Report Typo item will show faster.

Hi Mark,

I was able to submit a typo report on that word in "A Guide to Fervent Prayer" (by A.W. Pink, btw).  I think Todd was right about waiting a bit longer for it to appear.
