What kind of response have you had with Logos email support? On Dec. 2 I sent an email to sales@logos.com I didn't receive a response so I sent a similar email to experts@logos.com I still haven't received a reply from anyone.
Typically, email is the worst way to communicate with FL unless a specific employee is in contact with you. Since you are looking to buy something (I assume... both email addresses are generic sales ones), I would just give them a phone call.
In this case, the BEST thing to do is to have a sales rep you like and to contact him/her directly (including by email).
I emailed customerservice@faithlife.com on the last Saturday and received a reply yesterday - 4 working days. My query was pretty broad and general though.
Pop a few high value items in your shopping cart (don't check out!) and a salesman will phone you or email you within a day. At least that is what I have found.
Still waiting for a response from experts@logos.com from Black Friday if that is any help in gauging how long it may take to get a response.....
Email is the electronic equivalent of quicksand. For some reason I think all the world's email gets shuttled through someone with the initials HC. But I could be wrong. [;)]
Nothing beats a phone call to someone you know.
