Joe, the logs aren't revealing any errors to me at the moment. What is the exact error you're getting when you attempt to back up your presentation? If a file is created, are you able to open it?
I do see a few exceptions when you are trying to export (backup) a presentation.
Is you disk full?
here is the exception:
2015-12-12 20:54:09.7892 15 Error ExportViewModel Error exporting presentation System.IO.IOException: There is not enough space on the disk.
When exporting a presentation we download everything into the prs file, so you can run it offline later. This would include all motion video backgrounds, regular videos and images. The metadata of your lyrics, bible verses and other slides is in there as well.
