Errors backing up my presentation

Hi again

Yes I could backup on another computer with more disk space.

My question is: I am trying to save my backup to an external usb drive on problem computer. why does this have anything to do with the main C: drive? Is it also adding files to my low disk space c: drive?

I uninstalled more programs and have about 1.5 GB free hard drive space.

(I'm going to install a larger c: drive soon but I am a little confused.

It's certainly possible that in saving your presentation, files are temporarily written to the C drive. Now that you've freed up some disk space are you able to back up?

The back up feature downloads all media for both aspect ratios (4:3 and 16:9), then archives a copy and saves it to the destination you specified. So in your case the media will exist on both the C drive and the thumb drive. Proclaim has a cache policy which will eventually mark files you haven't used recently to be deleted.
