Where is the backup cache's located so I can delete them my self?
I don't want to try to get windows 10 again and office 365 to re load on a larger hard drive!
This is a lot of work!
Thanks
Joe
Before starting to delete portions of Proclaim cache directly (which can lead to errors if it isn't done right) have you tried cleaning up temporary Windows files?
Either of these applications will allow you to delete temporary files (and other unneeded files). I'd try both of them - they seem to find different things. Let each operation run to completion running the next/other one.
Depending on when you installed Windows and if you upgraded you may also have a copy of your old operating system (probably Windows 8) on your hard drive. Windows will delete it after a while but keeps it around in case something goes wrong with your upgrade.
Let us know what you find.
