Cannot Synch Computer

I have 3 computers in the church 2 synch fine all win 8.1 but my display computer will not synch. I am writing this from that compter so we know the internet works

It just started after the recent update?

I uninstalled and reinstalled proclaim, no difference

It says unable to connect to faithlife, yet i can connect in a browser???

One thing to check is the time on the computer, make sure it is correct, the authentication uses the clock from the computer connecting to the internet. If that is correct, please can grab and post the logs from the computer that is failing to sync, we can take a look and figure out what is wrong.
