Help with Help

I am having a tough time trying not to repeat questions that were previously asked a few days ago by people who had already installed v.4 and  received answers to what my questions may be this weekend.  So, please forgive me if I appear like a dolt.  I can open the Help dialogue but I type in "visual filters" for instance, nothing happens.  I get no hits on anything I have entered so far.  Does Help work yet?  Again, this question probably has been asked and answered but I cannot search to find it.  Thanks.

And I have to agree with others who have said the home page looks like a series of advertisements.
