I was on the phone and they had me use the command key to get in. I got in but it crashes after I closed and reopen. Haven't heard back from tech support yet.

I <think> you simply need to rebuild your layout. Use the command key to get in to a blank layout, and go from there. Hopefully a techie will be by to give better advice.

No. You just rebuild it from scratch. If the layout itself was corrupt, this will fix the issue. If there is a problem with a resource itself, you may discover that as well. The logs <should> indicate this, but it is above my understanding.

Yes. Except I didn't suggest deleting all your layouts. Presumably it is only the last one you were using which is causing the problem... or it could be a corrupted resource file... or it could be something else.
Used the command process to get in and change opening to home. Have two layouts that crash. Looks like we are good.
After you update to 6.8 SR-1 these layouts should no longer crash. [:)]
