Please help, proclaim crashing.

Hi,

I have been setting proclaim up for our carol service tomorrow evening (4pm uk time) and suddenly Proclaim crashed. I restarted and now every time I look at the My Content column in media it all crashes. The really odd thing is that this was on the iMac at church but when I log in on my macbook pro it does exactly the same thing.

Please help as the carol service is a big event and proclaim is handling all of our song words, backgrounds and videos.

I can see the crashes from your machines in our error reporting system. The issue appears to be related to a specific piece of media, likely an upload as I'm not seeing the issue with other groups. I'm about 30 minutes away from a computer. I should be able to resolve the issue then and figure out how it happened / prevent it from happening again.

Hi Scott, Thanks for helping. Yes I had uploaded some videos that we are going to use and I did have an issue and have to re upload. If you are able to help that would be great.

I believe I've resolved the issue for your group. The corrupt piece of media was the snowflake welcome video from the Proclaim Freebie. There's nothing wrong with the video itself but something went wrong with the upload step, leaving a partial file available for Proclaim which it did not like. I retired that piece of media and am able to load the My Content section for your group. Investigating further to figure out how this happened and so we can prevent it from happening again.
