We had a glitch yesterday where the video files that corresponded with the kids bell choir didn't work correctly. They worked fine when I set up the presentation on my office desktop computer, and they worked fine when I opened the presentation up on the sanctuary computer. However, at practice time, two of the four files would not play the audio. The only thing we changed was moving the order of the songs. When they wouldn’t work, I tried deleting the files and adding them again from "media" but they did the same thing. I then switched out laptops, and the 2nd laptop would allow three of the videos to work, but not the fourth. Incidentally, the song that wouldn't work was a song that did work on the 1st laptop. Meanwhile, all four songs played fine on a 3rd laptop that was setup for the children's practice area and on the original desktop computer. I am attaching the log files from the two laptops that didn’t work.
