For several Sundays in a row now, Proclaim Remote loses communication with the laptop. I will go to advance a slide and I get an error that says it cannot advance the slide. I can get out of remote and log back in and still get the same problem. We have checked everything and cannot figure out what is causing the problem. This only seems to happen on Sunday mornings in our sanctuary. It does not happen any other time and it never happens when I'm testing it at home. Anyone else having this issue?
The only thing I can think of that might be causing it is we have two remote devices logged in at the same time. Could this be the problem?
