How to transfe videos loaded within power point presentation

need help! I have no problems loading power point presentations into Proclaim, but if there is a YouTube video included, it will not play in Proclaim. How do I do that? I just can't download and add the video in the middle of the presentation since it was created in Power Point and not Proclaim...

Hello Romy, you have a couple options.

1) When importing the PowerPoint presentation select the "Transfer control to PowerPoint option". This will run an embedded instance of PowerPoint in your presentation when you get to that item. You have to be on Windows with PowerPoint or the PowerPoint viewer installed for this to work.

2) Assuming you imported the presentation using the "Convert to images" option - right click on the item in the order of service to create a duplicate. Delete the slides from the first item after the YoutTubeVideo. Delete the slides from the second item before the YouTube video. Add a new Web Page service item using the YouTube link you want and drag it in between the two PowerPoint items.

I recommend option 2 as there can be some focus related quirks associated with the embedded PowerPoint option.
