Merged Accounts & Lost EBooks
1. Between my Vyrso & Faithlife apps on the IPad & IPhone, the ESV bible is missing. I have access to the ESV on my Vyrso app AND my IPad Faithlife app, but not on my iPhone app.
Ipad ESV access: Vyrso & Faithlife apps
iPhone ESV access: Vyrso app YES, Faithlife-NO access.
2. When accounts were merged, the ebooks on Vyrso were "lost". On my iPad, all books are in the library, but on the iPhone, Ibarra is incomplete.
Both devices are showing I'm logged in to same account. The account was under Andy.postema@grapevinefaith.com but is now merged to my gmail account.
Thanks!

Hi Andy
Sorry to hear you are having problems - but I don't fully follow your description.
Are you saying, for example, that you can see all of your Vyrso ebooks on your iPad but not on your iPhone?
You might try entering the command "rebuild index" into the Reference box on the home page and see if that helps. It can take some minutes to carry this out
Other than that, you will probably need to contact Customer Services - https://www.logos.com/contact - as they have access to account details

The Vyrso app has different books in my library on the 2 devices although it's showing the same account. However, the ESV is loaded on BOTH the IPad & IPhone under the Vyrso app.
The Faithlife app is different- the ESV is loaded on my iPad Faithlife app, but not on the IPhone Faithlife app and asks for $9.99 to gain access to it.
I've contacted support via email three times in last two, weeks with no resolution.0 -

Regarding the Faithlife app - is the ESV the only difference between the two devices?
In other words, do you see the other resources you would expect to see on both?
This one very much sounds like a different account issue

Unfortunately, as you have discovered, that is the worst way to get customer service from Faithlife. A phone call or forum post is much better.

Vyrso on both devices gives access to the ESV. The only problem with the Vyrso app library is on the iPhone end.
iPad appears to have all resources.
Thanks to both of you for your quick replies!0
