Unable to locate sermon audio on a secondary (sync) computer after publishing the audio on 12/27/15 immediately after service. How can I locate the sermon on your server? I have attached the log files for your review and possible solution in retrieving the audio.

When you take a presentation with a recording section off air Proclaim automatically uploads the original audio. This enables you to open/edit/publish the recording from a different computer. This upload must complete in order for you to open it on another computer. You can see progress of this upload at the bottom of the main window.
You will need to reopen Proclaim on the computer that recorded the audio and let the upload complete.
