Cannot Open PBB on All Computers

I have been using a PBB I created over a year ago with no issues. Today, when attempting to open I receive "You don't have a license to view this resource" along with a resource Id. I am able to open that same PBB on a different computer (both run Windows) -- both computers were logged into my same Faithlife/Logos account of course.

I also created a new PBB yesterday. I am able to open it on the computer I used to build it (the same computer that works in the above scenario), but I receive the same error about no license on the other computer.

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Thomas,

Just to clarify: did you upload the PB? Each one needs to be manually uploaded in order to sync across computers.

Apparently, that was the problem, as uploading the year+ old PBB worked. Strange though, as I have used that PBB on the second computer many times, so I must have uploaded it prior.

Very welcome...it sounded like you had used it on other computers before, and so must have uploaded it, but it doesn't hurt to double-check!
