Does anyone know if this book about Paul's theology is/was for sale?
it was on prepub at one time in a collection of his works. But due to publisher issues, it and the commentary on John were removed. I was bummed about it too.
That is a real pity. I have the Dutch hardcopy and wanted to give it away tonight as a present, hoping I would get it in Logos some day.
Maybe I have to remove the back and just scan it. The scanner is superfast, but unfortunately doesn't produce an OCR document.
