Pricing of print books as compared to the Logos edition

I wonder how Logos estimates/determines the price of a print book against which Logos advertises their electronic editions.
- Logos is advertizing their electronic edition for $ 249,95
- against the price of the print edition for $ 1280
- which seems to be a super deal
- until you see that a print edition by the publisher for all eight volumes is only $ 595 (http://www.sheffieldphoenix.com/showbook.asp?bkid=197)
- which is still a good deal, but less super than how it is advertised.
So: how does Logos determine the prices for the print editions of their electronic publications?

Those prices indicated by Logos are not very helpful or realistic, but I understand how and why Logos prices them that way. How else are they supposed to do it? Some arbitrarily lower price? I do my own price comparisons elsewhere and come up with my own arbitrary numbers, which isn't always helpful either. But look at the range of prices you find on Amazon. Let common sense prevail.

I completely agree.
