Life Application Commentary

I recently picked up a P & C package that included the Life Application Commentary set. I am really enjoying reading this series. It has great insights, offers great application, and is easy to read. As a pastor, or Bible Study leader I have found this along with the NIVAC to be the most beneficial to me. 

I never see this set mentioned much, and just wanted to share how much I like it.

You are right! They complement each other well.  I sometimes look at Holman's NT Commentary for good illustrations too.  I upgraded to P/C Gold for the classic studies on the Holy Spirit and the Baker Sermon Outlines (50 vols.) I hesitated a little but doing the math, at $132 it was still a good deal. Great holidays' deals this past year. I would've jumped at Lutheran Gold too but I didn't have this excited gut feeling about it. Enjoy your resources!
