We have had some changes in leadership in our IT department as it were,
wherein I am now the primary account user with Proclaim, in as much as I can tell.
When attempting to address some sync issues earlier this week or so, I followed some online forum instructions to delete/uninstall proclaim, get rid of the cache folder (after backing it up) and then reinstall using the latest installer from the proclaim website.
I did so.
Since the reinstall - slides that we had been using for over a year were suddenly "locked" and watermark warnings when entering the OnAir mode started. That is only on the computer wherein I reinstalled proclaim. On everyone else's computers, the slides I know we had purchased under the previous leader are still available.
How may I remedy this on my current computer?
