It was our New Year's Service. We were trying to synchronize an image from a Mac using Proclaim. A simple restart of the app and it came. Then a song was missing and we did the same. Unfortunately, when I was restarting the application, it hung at the part where it was checking the licenses. I don't know if it is the computer or the software. The windows machine is used as a personal laptop as well. And to make things a lot worse, I don't have access to the laptop so I can't get the log files. Help.
