First problem in 10 years or so! Please help!
After an update today, LOGOS will not open at all. When I click on the logo, either nothing happens or for less than a second the loading window shows...then nothing. Results are the same regardless of starting through the taskbar, start menu, or going to the program startup file itself.
Tried:
--Restarted computer several times and restarted LOGOS...same result
--Held Ctrl while starting Logos...same result...never got to "blank" sign-in page
--ran antivirus...clean result
--updated graphics and windows (not much to update, but still...thought it might help)...no change.
--tried to turn on logging, but it never turned out a new log file...I could only find the error file that took place at the time of updating the program (attached to this post).
Help!
