Vertical Scrolling?

I'm watching the 30 day bible training videos and on video 2 it shows the man scrolling through the LEB. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this on my desktop. When I open the LEB all I see are two arrows at the bottom for flipping pages but in the video he scrolls up and down. How do I enable vertical scrolling?

Side note: I know how to enable scrolling in my ios app and most of the resources I use like commentaries and books allow vertical scrolling but for some reason I cannot scroll in any of my bibles.

Scrolling = columns set to "none"
