Christmas Card Promotion Expiration Date Passed
I was thankful to receive a Christmas card from Faithlife with a Verbum promotional code on it for $20. However, I noticed that I received the card after the expiration date had passed. Does anyone know if the option still exists to receive the discount amount?

First of all, did you check to see if it worked? If not, I would call or write FL directly.

I did and the code is considered invalid. After contacting FL, they suggested I post my issue on the forum.

I think FL backed this up with an email which may have been received before the actual card. A call will definitely get you an answer better than any of us can give.

Interesting - I called on Monday and had no problem getting the gift card extended. I talked to Tom Boyer. Here is the follow-up e-mail he sent me:
They added the book to my account the next day after I emailed them my selection later that evening. As I said earlier, the biggest problem I had was finding a sales person who was familiar with the Verbum product line - nobody was available. Hope you can get this straightened out.

That code had expired by the time you received the mailer, but we have added a $20 Store Credit on your account to make it up to you.
