Bible Study Magazine Renewal Free Commentary Offer Doesn't Work

I just received my Bible Study magazine with a renewal notice. It said that if I renew, I would get the EEC commentary for James for free. I just subscribed and I can't get the free book. I guess I will have to call tomorrow. Any suggestions?

I believe some of these offers need to be manually triggered by the sales personnel. If the time of the forum post is accurate, it is now after-hours at Faithlife.

I called today. They told me that you had to use the offer when you subscribed to the magazine. Meaning that you add the book to your subscription at purchase and then take the coupon offer. But the sales person fixed the problem over the phone.
