I have restarted my program and computer; neither solved the problem. 0% of indexing and does not change.
With which version of Logos 6 and on which platform?
Logos 6.8 sr-1 6.8.0.0059 and I have on a Mac.
Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after starting Logos, letting it run for a while and then stopping it.

How large is the zip file? you may need to Unzip the file and upload just the logos.log file.

The problem is that the new index file being created is too small

But you do seem to have a reasonable amount of free disk space

I may not be reading the Mac numbers correctly but the existing index file seems very large.
Hopefully someone else will be able to comment further.

This is a bug in the indexer that we're still actively investigating. For now, you can work around it by entering "rebuild library index" in the Logos 6 command box. This may take a few hours to reindex your library, during which searching won't work properly.
