I have restarted my program and computer; neither solved the problem. 0% of indexing and does not change.

With which version of Logos 6 and on which platform?

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after starting Logos, letting it run for a while and then stopping it.

How large is the zip file? you may need to Unzip the file and upload just the logos.log file.

I may not be reading the Mac numbers correctly but the existing index file seems very large.

This is a bug in the indexer that we're still actively investigating. For now, you can work around it by entering "rebuild library index" in the Logos 6 command box. This may take a few hours to reindex your library, during which searching won't work properly.

Two suggestions:
- Make sure not to take anyone else's medicine. Just because it is recommended that someone else take a certain course of action for something that <sounds> similar, doesn't mean you have the "same problem" or that you should take the same advice! Rebuilding an index is kind of a nuclear option!
- It would be best for you to create a new thread so that we can help you individually... and so that the person who created this thread doesn't keep getting update emails about your problem! Please create a new thread, explain your issue clearly, and provide appropriate details. In your case that should include logs. See my signature line.
